A multi-stripper is a handy gadget, especially if you intend to do floggers in light leather. They make it easy to cut a large number of consistent strips, which can be difficult to do by hand. I should break down and buy Tandy's Jerry Stripper, but this rig works.

By combining a wood clamp (about $15, but I already had one) with spare Strap-Cutter blades, I have a functional multi-stripper. I use the nuts shown above to space the blades, adding in some pennies for odd widths. It works pretty well, and the clamp can also be used to hold other things together.
