Industrial Steel Suspension BarsHeavy metal! These steel bars are built to withstand the rigors of suspension, and pretty much anything else you can throw at them. Welded from heavy gauge 1" square profile steel, these bars are built to suspend human body weight from any combination of the top and bottom attachment points. They may be used as load-bearing in this application. Each bar comes standard with six attachment points. Offset top/bottom points provide multiple effective widths per bar. Unlike many suspension bars, these units also have end points and may be used as traditional (though rather heavy ;) spreader bars. Ends are capped with fully welded steel inserts. Most welds on these bars are partially dressed... the ends are ground flat, but attachment point welds are left rounded for an industrial look. Finished in black powdercoat. Standard sizes of 18" and 36", but you may order any custom size. Stated length is that of the actual bar. End attachment points extend beyond this length. Actual total length is stated length plus approximately 2". You're welcome to specify exact locations for the four non-end attachment points, or add more points for a slight additional charge. My policy is simple: you buy a bar of a particular size, and I'll deliver one of any shorter size at your request. In other words, I'll want the 36" bar price for a 32" bar.
