High Security Spreader BarsThe disadvantage of typical spreader bars is the connection to a cuff, a source of freedom. These high security spreader bars feature permanently attached locking leather cuffs, mounted with a steel band and limited-movement pivot. A uniquely locked-in feeling, without the discomfort of a perfectly rigid attachment. The body of these spreader bars is 16 gauge square steel tubing, strong and solid without a great deal of weight. This component is powdercoated a durable gloss black. Each bar comes standard with one heavily welded attachment point, with additional points available upon request. Welded steel end brackets pivot approximately 15 degrees in any direction. These bars come complete with fine locking leather cuffs, in either AccuFit or Plate Staple style (AccuFit shown at right). End brackets hold these cuffs in a comfortable curve and are permanently affixed to the cuff body. My policy is simple: you but a bar of a particular size, and I'll deliver one of any shorter size at your request. In other words, I'll want the 36" bar price for a 32" bar. By default, the cuffs on these bars come sized across a very wide range, 6 - 12" fit. This will leave a fair amount of excess strap at smaller settings.
