Locking Buckle RestraintsThe flexibility to lock or not lock. This full line of high-quality restraints is carefully handcrafted and built to last. A traditional cuff design augmented with locking roller buckles and the classic aesthetics that characterizes all of the fine leathers from Sartan's Workshop. Every locking buckling cuff features a roller buckle for strength and durability. This buckle style has a loose metal sheath over the front bar, which rotates freely as the tongue is bulled against it. Not only does this style allow the closure to be pulled to more easily (and tightly), it protects the tongue strap from abrasion damage that might otherwise occur. The lockable tongue has a cast loop at its end to receive your lock. Once locked, the tongue cannot pass through the selected slot in the tongue strap until the lock is removed. The first ring on each cuff is positioned to serve as a strap keeper, holding the free end of the tongue close to the cuff body for a cleaner look. Optional leather keepers may be added for $5 per individual cuff. Leather keepers add to the distinctive look of these restraints and provide tighter retention of the strap end.
