Ordering

Sartan's Workshop uses an online shopping cart for your convenience. Items may be added to the cart from the Details page for that piece, including the specification of any common options. If you'd like your equipment customized in a way not available in the ordering options, feel free to email or call me.

The shopping cart adds a reasonable shipping fee to your order, plus sales tax if (and only if) you're in Texas. You'll receive an automated confirmation email from the cart. A personal one from me will follow within a day or so. My lead time is typically 7-10 days, from receipt of payment to outbound shipment, although some items and circumstances may modify this timeline.

Sartan's Workshop accepts Master Card, VISA, Discover, and American Express online, over the phone or by mail. Never email your credit card information to anyone! Required information: card number, expiration date, security code, billing address, ship-to address, email address. All credit card charges appear on your statement as Gaertner & Company.

Cashier's check, money order, or personal/business check (10 day hold on personal/business) may also be mailed to my address at the bottom of the main shopping cart page. Finally, if you'd like to pay via wire transfer I can provide the relevant information upon request.

All payments are accepted in US Dollars only. With any payment method, please provide (or be prepared to provide!) your email address. I use this as the key field for my work queue and other order tracking, and use email for payment and shipment confirmations.

There was a time when my privacy was vital to my livelihood. I'll respect yours. Packaging will be devoid of anything that might indicate what's inside. I will not share your private information with any one, for any reason. I will not spam you. If you provide your phone number, you will not receive any sales calls from me, ever, nor will your number be provided to any third party other than UPS (for UPS shipments only, of course!).

I guarantee that, unless otherwise stated or agreed, the pictures and descriptions of the item(s) you order will fairly and accurately represent the item you actually receive. If your item does not meet your needs and expectations and the fault for that is mine, let me know and I'll take care of it. Should the fault be yours, also let me know... we'll work something out. My goal is exceptionally satisfied customers across the board.

Sartan's Workshop offers custom crafted BDSM equipment, made to order. I do not make-to-stock, and do not take BDSM equipment in return. You will receive what you order... please make sure its something you want to own!

The items offered for sale on and through this web site are sold as novelties and collector's items. Sartan and Sartan's Workshop make no warrantee, expressed or implied, as to the fitness of any product to perform any task. The buyer assumes all risk of use on any of our products.
