I'm afraid not. I work on a payment in full upfront basis. Credit card orders must have a valid authorization at time of purchase, and will be charged no more than 24 hours prior to outbound shipment.

My business is make-to-order, not make-to-stock. My lead time depends on current backlog and life more generally (I'm a family man, after all!). Leather and steel BDSM equipment typically ships within 7 to 10 days, although large or custom pieces and large orders may take somewhat longer.

Only if your ship-to address is in Texas. If so, I do need to collect 8.25% of merchandise total for the state tax man. Residents of other states are not required to pay sales tax under current law. International customers may be required to pay taxes and/or duties based on the laws of your country of residence. These charges are the customer's responsibility upon receipt of your order. Please ensure that the product(s) you order are legal for importation into your country prior to ordering.

Smaller orders ship USPS Priority Mail or USPS Global Express. Large orders and oversized packages (including all machines) ship via UPS Ground in the United States and via USPS Global Express Mail to International destinations. Expedited shipping available upon request.

Base shipping costs depend on the items you order, of course. Each item adds a particular amount to shipping based on it's weight and size, designed with the premise that I don't want to lose too much money on shipping. These are summed to get the UPS Ground, Continental US shipping amount. Other locations are a multiple of this base amount. I beleive you'll find shipping reasonable. If charged shipping massively exceeds actual costs, I will happily send you the difference.

No way! You will receive a brown box or Priority Mail box with no indication what's inside. The return address is my name and address. International Customs forms do require a description of contents... craft goods or leather crafts.

USPS Priority Mail is a 2 to 3 day service. In reality, my experience shows it to take 3 days much of the time to either coast, sometimes 4. UPS Ground is normally a 1 to 5 day service. Most of Texas is supposed to be one day delivery but can take two days. The farther from Texas you are, the closer to 5 days your delivery delay will be. UPS provides tracking capabilities, and an accurate delivery date is available the day after I ship your package.

USPS Global Express Mail, used for International deliveries, is normally a 3-5 day service. Like most USPS delivery estimates, that's optimistic by a couple days in my experience. Among other issues, both Customs and in-country carriers have been known to cause additional delays. Global Express Mail service does not have real tracking capabilities.

In the great state of Texas. (Note: I'm an import to Texas, and if I don't use that phrase to identify the state the natives will beat me up ;) I poke a bit of fun at Texas, but it really is a great place to live and raise a family.

Not generally. Sartan's Workshop enters dropship commissioned sales agreements with a very limtied selection of retailers, and will form volume wholesale agreements under the right conditions. I also consider wholesale accounts on dedicated custom product lines.

Texas law prohibits the sale of artificial genitalia, so I am unable to sell dildos.
