WWL Hardware takes credit card orders over the Internet. I accept MasterCard, Visa, and Discover over the web using a secure transaction gateway provided by VeriSign (the "leading provider of Internet trust services"). All credit card information is securely transmitted directly to Verisign servers. The shopping cart will walk you through completing this transaction. Due to a painful fee structure, I havebeen forced to stop acceptoing Amercian Express on this site. Sorry, but Paypal is also not accepted.

Most orders from WWL Hardware are processed and outbound within two business days, and you'll receive an email when your order has shipped. Shipping/handling charges on orders within the Continental US will be added by the shopping cart based on the following scale:

WWL Hardware ships internationally as well... anywhere the United States Postal Service goes. A maximum shipping/handling charge is added to all orders by the shopping cart based on total price. For orders going to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada, this amount is twice the value from the chart above. For all locations in Europe, the maximum amount is three times the chart above. For other regions ("Rest of World") the maximum amount is four times the chart. In many cases, this amount will be higher than the actual shipping/handling charge added to your merchandise total and billed to your credit card. The amount shown in the cart is a "not to exceed" value, and will be adjusted downward whenever possible. I am not in business to make money on shipping. Note: If you do not select the appropriate shipping region, the maximum shipping charge will be used for your order. Please select the appropriate region!

On all orders, your credit card will not be charged until stock is confirmed and your order is ready to go. If there is a stock-out, you'll receive an email before any action is taken.

I try hard to keep stock-outs from occurring, and haven't had one so far. Unfortunately, with about 150 items they are inevitable. I will do my best to note out-of-stock items on the site, and disable the "add to cart" button for them. However, a few orders for out-of-stock items will almost certainly get through. WWL Hardware does not do partial-order backorders. I will contact you via email with an out-of-stock alert, estimated in-stock date, and the following options:

- cancel order, all moneys refunded
- ship remainder of order, out-of-stock moneys refunded
- hold entire order on stock

There is no minimum line item amount here... you don't have to order at least a dollar's worth of a $0.15 wingding when you need 2. There is no hard minimum order amount, either. However, a $2.50 small order surcharge will be applied to orders of less than $10. This amount is built in to the <$10 shipping charge, so no sales tax will be assessed on the surcharge amount.

Speaking of sales tax, you Ohio residents will have state sales tax of 8.0% on merchandise total added to your order. Because Ohio sales tax now varies by county, this amount may be reduced at the time your card is charged.

All returns must be coordinated through email. If you need to return something, please let me know why. If it's a mistake on my end, I will make it right. That's just how I do business. Returns that aren't my fault are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Refunds will be made as a credit to the card you used for the purchase. Shipping is not refundable.
